Thank you so much for a quality entry. It was sunny but very windy and consequently some exhibits were worried by the flapping tape used to mark the rings. However, my winners were undeterred. Big thank you to my steward Martin Russell for keeping everything under control.

PUPPY (1) 1: Newman TAXUS ANGEL FISH, 6 month baby who was thoroughly enjoying her day out! From what I could see, I thought her most promising. Delightful head, correct eye shape and colour. Well bodied, moved out steadily. Needs training but I could easily have picked her up and taken her home. Best Puppy.

POST GRADUATE (2, 1 abs) 1: Winterburn ROANJORA LAURENT PERRIER, Well balanced bitch, well sprung ribs, excellent topline and tailset, would prefer a darker eye and a stronger skull, in head she reminded me of her red cousins. Strong in body with good depth of chest. RBOB.

OPEN (2, 1Abs) 1: McDonald ROANJORA CASTELAO JW ShCM Eyecatching 6yr dog of substance, balanced throughout with a good strong front, deep chest and good ribs, strong, muscular hindquarters with well turned stifles. Lovely head with desired skull shape, well set ears, good eye shape and colour. Attractive coat with the required, correct solid patching. Moved out really well with power and athleticism with earned him BOB.

Good length of neck leading to well laid shoulders. Well bodied and boned. Excellent topline and tailset. Has substance but is totally elegant. Delighted to award her BP. 2: Pine SEOWNS SNOOPS

JUNIOR (2) 1: Harris, Bridgwater & Hoeksema BLAZING BRONZE HAPPY CLAPPY SINGS KONAKAKELA (IMP NLD) At almost 18 months, this impressive young dog did his best to throw his chances away, what a handful but what a lovely boy, full marks to his handler for persevering! Upstanding with a lovely head and soft expression, well arched neck of correct length flowing into well laid shoulders, strong and muscular in body. Coat of wonderful colour and texture. Delighted to learn that todays wins gave him his JW, congratulations. 2: Barnes GWENDARIFF LETS LOOK AT ME

POST GRADUATE (3, 1 Abs)1: Edwards GWENDARIFF ITS NUMERO UNO AT BONHOMIE JW Took my breath away with her wonderful profile and her absolutely outstanding movement. Everything about her screams quality from her feminine head to her correctly set tail. Sweet head with a lovely soft expression, raised brows and just the right amount of chiselling, almond eyes of the correct colour, well set ears. Balanced throughout with strength yet retaining elegance at all times. Perfect length of neck into great shoulders, ribs that are well sprung and a deep chest. Well muscled hindquarters and correct turn of stifle. Glorious topline and tailset. Beautiful feet. In superb coat and condition. Moved out with great style and drive using her tail the whole time, she absolutely owned the ring. Delighted to award her BOB and absolutely thrilled to hear that she late went BIS – Congratulations. 2: Evans TWOACRES SPRING BLOSSOM

VETERAN (2) 1: Foster & Walsh MILLCROFT CHASE THE MOON TO SHANOAH Impressive 7 year dog of quality. In full coat which was of the most wonderful colour. Strong body properties, impressive depth throughout, well sprung ribs. Presents a balanced picture with his gently sloping topline and his faultless tailset. For me today, I just felt he was carrying a shade too much weight however was pleased to award him RBOB. 2: Moon DEANWAY SILVER LEAF
